The University of Florida Gators finally won their long-awaited national title at the 2025 Collegiate Pickleball Championship. The competition, held in Cape Coral, Florida, was marked by fierce competition and breathtaking performances.

The Florida (Blue) team emerged victorious after a close 4-4 tie against the University of Texas, with the win decided by percentage of total points. This achievement represents a significant milestone for the team, which demonstrated resilience and skill in every game.
Colleges and universities could send up to two teams to the championship if they qualified through the regionals, increasing the competitiveness and level of the tournament.

The winning team from Florida consisted of Jake Bower, Christian Franke, Zoe Routson, and Martine Sundsten. Determination and teamwork were crucial in achieving this unprecedented feat.
