Regret, Exchanges and Returns
Joola Brasil Com. de Mat. Esportivos Ltda. has a specific policy to regulate returns, exchanges, and refunds of products purchased by Customers on the Site: Exchange and Return Policy. This policy also contains provisions regarding the Right of Withdrawal. This specific policy is an inseparable part of these Terms and Conditions of Use.
All returns, exchanges, or refund requests must first be authorized by contacting our customer service department.
The deadline for making an exchange is 7 days for buyer's remorse and 30 days for returning/exchanging a product from the date of purchase.
To return/exchange your product, it must be unused and include all accessories and original packaging. Exchanges are only possible for the same product purchased, with the only difference being the color or size.
Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
Used or washed clothing items cannot be returned.
You must present the purchase invoice to return or exchange the product.
Refunds
After receiving and verifying the returned items, you will be notified about your refund, which may take up to 7 business days.
Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment.
